Iโ€™ve been having a great time with my new @frameworkcomputer laptop. The flexibility is really unique. First I got to build the laptop myself with parts, and now I get it to be what I want it to be with regards to input and ports and such. Iโ€™ll probably swap out the screen bezel for a bolder color, though. The purple is not very purple. Worth the 6 month wait!

According to reporting & judging from โ€™s social media, his camp is considering another motion to recuse Judge Juan Merchan on the basis of his daughterโ€™s leadership of an online strategy firm that has, among other clients, worked for Biden & other Dem candidates.

Trump moved to recuse Merchan last Mayโ€”and his daughter was the principal reason why.

@GottaLaff Harry Litman @harrylitman on Talking Feds says #Cannon entered that crazy ruling for Presidential Records to be introduced for a reason. She will now have that ability during the trial to dismiss all charges with prejudice. I don't pretend to understand the legal rules. But sadly, this trial is done. tRump walks away.
So damn maddening as this was arguably the strongest case between the 4 trials ๐Ÿ˜ก

My current Backblaze backup set is 6.4 TB; I have about 16 30 TB of storage (a pair of 12 TB drives in a RAID mirror plus other drives), a good chunk of which is for backup. In 1989, I bought my first 60 MB drive (IIRC). So I currently own 500,000 times more storage than 34 years ago.

I want to say I had 4 MB RAM and currently have 32 GB, so that's only 8,000 times more memory.

@glennf It's really phenomenal when you stop and think about it.
My first hard drive was a 30MB SCSI drive that I had connected to my trusty Atari 520ST back in '86. The Atari had a SCSI port on the back, so I made my own external enclosure with a power supply for the HD. Amazingly, it worked very well.
