Per the House #J6 Investigation environmental lawyer, Jeffery Clark was appointed by the criminal defendant as the US Attorney General. It’s an incredibly damning fact about the leadup to #January6 insurrection —and for some reason it’s been whitewashed.
Oddly, the very same thing was done to Trump’s appointment of admitted election crimes felon Sidney Powell as “Special Counsel to the White House.”
White House call logs from Jan. 3, 2021 show Trump spoke by phone with Clark four times that day. The first three times, from around 7 a.m. to 1 p.m., the logs identify Clark as “Mr. Jeffrey Clark.” The fourth time, at around 4:17 p.m. — two hours before the fateful Oval Office meeting — they list him as “Acting Attorney General Jeffrey Clark.”

#Scotus' Ginni Thomas's good friend and fellow insurrectionist John Eastman, the former Orange County law school dean who helped forge Donald Trump’s legal strategy for retaining power after losing his 2020 presidential bid, should be disbarred, a State Bar Court judge ruled Wednesday.
Judge Yvette Roland’s recommendation to yank the 63-year-old Eastman’s license to practice law in California will go to the state Supreme Court, which has the power to approve it.
In a marathon trial that lasted off and on from June to November, the State Bar, the agency that regulates lawyers, Eastman is unfit to practice law for peddling bogus claims that fraud cost Trump the election and for promoting a fake-elector scheme to block the electoral count.
