Oof Apple needs to learn about Dark Mode! As clearing all the duplicate songs from my iTunes library at 12:24 in the morning until 12:50 burned my freaking eyes! At least that grisly work is done and I'm a step closer to bed.
When I’m out taking photos, I love finding things I can line up and create with. So when I saw that there was a full moon still up in the early mornings at the Old City in Chiangmai, I went looking for things to create. It was interesting cause I’d see things from the street and think I could find the right angle. Not always true. So, finding this shot was it’s own reward.
#Nanowrimo Day 7. I have 17790 words and my characters have made it to Cornwall.
Now I sort of messed up when looking for a photo and forgot about a folder, and why the time I found it, had already edited this photo to use. So two photos today.
This is the rope in the jungle garden at the Lost Gardens of Heligan.
My days start early so my runs have to happen even earlier, usually between 4 and 5am. I was expecting this morning's run to be both early and damp, because rain was in the forecast, but I got treated to a clear, star-filled sky.
Juggling a pile of reading with chasing my grandkid around for the rest of the day.
Monday morning I biked to Marine Park here in Bellingham. It’s probably the last time I’ll get to before I head off on a trip. I really wanted to get one last visit in before I left because this place has become so important to me. It has been where I’ve gone to reflect and find peace in the midst of the chaos.
Early bike ride to Lake Padden this morning for sunrise. Wasn't quite feeling the long exposure would do much. So I decided to snap some ICM photos in between taking photos of the fog. I mostly came to the lake to check the autumn colors and some peace. Happy to get one of those! Looking forward to finding the other soon!
Good morning… it’s the simple things that keep me going. I sometimes forget to make the coffee to go with me in the mornings but I feel like I’m not even gonna get out in the now chilly mornings if I don’t.
Had a lovely morning photographing the water at Marine Park in Bellingham. I've really been enjoying this spot for early morning photography when I don't think the sunrise is going to be that dramatic. I have really been enjoying the subtle color in the sky as it lights up. Sometimes its more obvious than this but I'm quite pleased with how this turned out.
