Ich hatte bspw. mit der Instanz von @digitalcourage noch nie Probleme. Aber es dauert zum Teil ein wenig, bis sich die Datei öffnet. User mit schlechter Verbindung haben dann evtl. Probleme?

I have just tried it once, years ago, but CryptPad is still in active development and seems to be a cool project for self-hosted encrypted collaboration. It's also compatible with Only Office. Support services from the team seem to be available too. I would be interested in performance data: how fluent does it work with many users? Impressing work from Thorsten and the @CollaboraOffice team for bringing Libre office and Collabora WASM in the browser. This could be a new path for end to end encryption using LibreOffice in the browser. Ein bisschen Hintergrund: https://foorms.de ist ein Kurzlink, der zum Formular-Modul der CryptPad-Instanz von @digitalcourage weiterleitet, die ich mal aufgesetzt habe. Inzwischen sorgen auch andere IT-Admins des Vereins dafür, dass der Server rund läuft.
Für die, die #CryptPad nicht kennen: Das ist ein Online-Office wie die von Google und Microsoft, bei dem mehrere Personen gleichzeitig an denselben Dokumenten arbeiten können. Das Alleinstellungsmerkmal von CryptPad ist die Ende-zu-Ende-Verschlüsselung. Dadurch werden die Dokumente nicht nur verschlüsselt übertragen, sondern auch verschlüsselt gespeichert. Selbst die SysAdmins können sie nicht lesen.
@cryptpad ist Freie Software und wird bei @xwiki in Frankreich entwickelt.
Auf der Arbeit Kanban Boards von #CryptPad vorgestellt, auf der Instanz von #Digitalcourage als Idee zur Arbeitsstrukturierung in unserer kleinen Arbeitsgruppe: Chef ist begeistert, wir nutzen das jetzt seit einem Monat und ich sollte eine Präsentation erstellen, in der die Funktionsweise erklärt wird. Aus meiner Sicht ist klar, dass da auch eine Folie über CryptPad enthalten sein muss und eine über Digitalcourage 😉 . #foss#kanban
Habe gerade eine schnelle #Markdown-Präsentation zusammengeschrieben und dabei gemerkt, dass dabei auch Tabellen, Mindmaps, Diagramme, mathematische Formeln und vieles mehr möglich ist.
In #CryptPad there is a Markdown presentation module.
I really like the idea, but can only find .md as the export file-type. The docs don't say anything about exporting to other file-types in order to preserve the transition you can enable.
