Second night for the #bloodbowl7s rookie league. Lots a fun was hard left and right, bombers flattened orcs, a skaven with a stiletto stabbed wood elves left and right, vampires and werewolves were going at each other in the sequel that #Twilight needed, and wood elves beat up Lizardmen with no remorse.
Loved hearing them exchange enthusiastic stories post game.
May the artwork take you to a place of magical romance and deep, calming joy, bringing a smile of gladness to your face and heart every time you see it.
I swear I re-learn this every time. If you have an opportunity to get out and shoot, even if the conditions seem less than ideal, take it. After an unexpectedly sunny day, clouds rolled in over Stockholm as I walked to Monteliusvägen, the highest point looking over the city. And yet, this band of sky just wouldn't quit for nearly an hour past sunset.
The clouds were broody but not seriously so. They had considered an evening storm, but upon reflection, broke up to allow the last light of the day to shine through.
And it was dramatic, and emotive, and peaceful -- a quiet and contemplative way to enter into the night.
For #MeerMittwoch here's a sunrise with colorful pink clouds over the ocean and the strange coastal rock formations at Windansea Beach in La Jolla, California; photographed in February 2024.

May the artwork take you to a tranquil place and a quiet time, so still that you can hear the trickle of water cascading down the rocks at the Emerald Pools.
Last night Charlie and I were in the backyard putting bird feeders in the shed. I turned around a saw a little color, so I pulled out my phone and took a picture. If you look carefully at the doorway, you can see a shadow at the bottom of the storm door looking out. That's Ben, waiting for me and Charlie to return.
