Caribbean Ocean, watercolor. I'm a beach girl at heart. Since I can't travel to the beach frequently I paint it often. One of my favorite aspects of this kind of painting is trying to capture the interplay of light on water.
My third, and final variation / attempt on the Mexican Hacienda. Really tried to improve the shadows and tones. It does look nice IRL with quite a lot of variation - hope the photo does it justice.

Morning comes to Galway. If I recall correctly this is based on a photo from my last morning in Galway City. Still one of my favorite places I've visited. Ireland in general but specifically Galway and well most of the coastal towns we visited. Sigh!

Brushes: 1” hake, 6 round, and a small rigger. Colors: Cobalt Teal, Ultramarine Blue, Burnt Sienna, and a tiny amount of Payne’s Grey. Anyway, this was my fun for today. Enjoy! @WatercolourCurator
A few weeks ago I shared another colorful rain image of a #gay couple in the #rain and I was contacted by someone who hoped I might do a version where the men's faces were less visible, which was funny enough my original vision and I had taken a U-turn.
