I've wonder whether talking more about efficiency and waste to climate skeptics might bring them on board with green policies. Personally, I don't care how we do it, as long as we get to the same end result of a more sustainable world.

New research, published in the journal Science, suggests that the risk is not as imminent as some people fear, because of data gleaned from historic iceberg records.
In other words, policy needs to be designed not to pick sectors or #technologies as “winners”, but to pick the willing by providing support that is conditional on companies moving in the right directions.
