Started learning #Cypress to text my new tab browser extension... turns out that it doesn't support browser pages (like chrome://newtab/) unlike Selenium. That fun stopped pretty quickly...
Does anyone have some ideas on how to debug randomly #flaky#cypress#e2e tests? Errors always involve some sort of time out error of #network requests. Sometimes it's intercepted API calls, sometimes it's even the page request itself. They are only flaky in the #Gitlab pipeline. Locally they work just fine.
What's the easiest way to get some automated screenshots of a website (cross browser / different responsive sizes)? Best would be selfhosted / locally, maybe via #ddev + cypress, playwright, etc.? 📷 Thx for tipps! #webdev#testing#cypress#playwright
