The protagonist of my point & click / RPG #indiegame 'Future Ghost' now has his first walk cycle in profile, just about ready to climb Pindus Mons in the 1/3 Earth gravity on Mars.
Digital inking process (working with vectors for the lines, for reasons) for the player character walk cycle as he appears in the opening scene of the metaphysical #scifi#indiegame I'm making, 'Future Ghost'. (images 1 & 2)
Mockup of the character sprite as it will appear in-game. Wei Song climbs Pindus Mons on a partially terraformed Mars in the distant future. (images 3 & 4)
The Steam page for "Magic Cauldron Dungeons" is now online. The demo will also be available via Steam shortly.
Please add the game to your wish list.
Thank you very much
A few days ago I was able to recreate the development environment for "Shadowborn" on another computer in a few minutes. I was honestly surprised on how smoothly it went. I've had much harder times transferring more modern coding projects from one computer to another. Because the process was so smooth, I also updated the readme on github to include the IDE, extensions, tools, and build process I use.
In the opening scene of my indie game 'Future Ghost' the player will climb Pindus Mons on Mars for the first time. Terraforming and atmospheric conditioning efforts have been somewhat successful over the centuries, meaning there are signs of life here and there, but what will Song find at the top of the Mons, and how will it forever change his fate?
it’s not about whether “AI” is useful or wanted is it? they probably don’t even seriously believe that it is, but they’re going to try to force us to use it anyway because they think it benefits them
@mode13h@yonabee I also want to know about #GameDev#IndieDev#SoloDev webrings specially if there's peeps who are more comfortable with writing a blog than streaming to YouTube/Twitch
In the world of indiegame 'Future Ghost' there is a lucrative fight industry with all the flamboyance of pro wrestling. Even more lucrative is the more bloodthirsty underground version of this cross between stunt performance and martial art.
Just opened a google play dev account, only to find out that I'd need 20 testers to even try to publish my game in the store...
Where am I going to find those :D ?
In the distant future depicted in #indiegame 'Future Ghost', there are no cultural events or festivals as we know them, but people still always manage to find family, in one form or another.
