For #BandcampFriday, may I suggest a listen and maybe cheap purchase of my new album? Alternatively, my entire discography can be had for a little over eight bucks. 🙂
Just finished writing up this week's batch of other people's music (#OPM) blurbs. Got some interesting stuff this week! Filk! Metal! Music from a guy who's played in multiple bands whose names you'd recognize! Several tracks that sound like they belong on a soundtrack to something!
It goes live around 7:30 am Eastern, just in time for #BandcampFriday, and you can subscribe to the blog or my RSS feed if you don't want to miss it:
Okay, my stream is going live now. I'm not going to do a very long stream, just a couple hours to get back into the groove. Feel free to come by for some #fedimusic
New handmade works carefully made with the dream to shine with just the right person. Know someone for whom they're perfect for? They're all now half off on my shop for one week: https://www.etsy.com/shop/genderlessbyskaly
Hey! Do you know me as a jewellery maker only? If you do, I just wanted you to know I'm a musician too (mainly, actually!)
The funds from my handmade jewellery help me produce projects about mental health, gender, relationships and the climate crisis.
If you have a moment, check out the band camp or YouTube to listen, it would mean a lot to me, thank you <3

Friends, followers and musically curious onlookers, I could really use some listens today! I'm an independent #musician who makes weird, #psychedelic#ElectronicMusic for listening to from the couch. If you're new to my oeuvre, this is the best place to start:
🌊🎹 The melody pours through the sea air, enchanting everyone around.
Adults stop and smiles spread across their faces.
Children freeze, mesmerized by the music.
They are carried away to another world where there is no sorrow and war, but only beauty and harmony ✨

“I can’t play like me. There are things I can’t do”: Mahogany Rush legend Frank Marino injured his finger while building pedals for his new company – and it’s affected the way he plays guitar https://www.guitarworld.com/news/frank-marino-pedal-injury
When I met Danny Marino of The Agonist I had no idea he was related to Frank!!
A few months ago I went to a women's conference. The music was too loud. I sustained damage to my ears. Hearing loss and fullness that lasted for 2 weeks. I got a miracle! Fully recovered with no more loss!
This is a sketch from my journal while I was waiting for my prayers to be answered.
#AIart is like stock image gallery with weird randomizer. You can do #art with that, but you are constrained by assets available to you. Speaking of "assets", when you make a game using stuff from asset store, be it art, music or code, you are a #gamedev, but not necessarily an #artist (specifically visual artist), #musician or #programmer.
The people who like your music, do so because it is an extension of you and your personality. What makes it amazing to someone else is you and the part you played in creating it.
In addition, I believe that making #music is in itself a valid and worthwhile endeavorer even if the creator of said music is the only person to ever hear it.
If you're a #musician interested in being covered in a future installment, give me a follow (I'll follow back) and send me some links to your music. Here's a post with some more details about what I am looking for and what I am doing:
My little 'Parrot in London' wishes you a nice day!
Handmade by me with paper mache and painted with Japanese watercolour 🙏😊🌺
It's on my Etsy Art Shop: https://etsy.me/3VYrZnk 🦜
I decided to post an introduction, let's say, once per month with the objective of reaching as many people as possible who might be interested in what I do 🙃
My name is Luca, I'm a drummer and IT professional from Italy, currently based in the Czech Republic.
Today's video is about two folk songs from Wales, both of which are lullabies: Ar Hyd y Nos (All Through the Night) and Suo Gân. I'm playing a medley of the two tunes on ocarinas.
Today is a special day for me and I think for all #linuxaudio#musician (s).
Sinevibes, a true innovator in the field of unique yet easy to use #audio#effect (s) #plugin (s), joins the #linux#musicproduction family by releasing Integer, their new digital-analog buffer device, as their first native Linux plug-in. 🥳🥰
Get it here: https://www.sinevibes.com/integer/
PD: They created their first plug-in almost 20 years ago and were all in on Linux at the time. So in a way this is like "The Return to Linux"! 🤓
