I have an old, black down vest that I wear in the fall and winter for yard work, etc. It's got holes in it and for a few years when I was building houses, I was just too busy and tired to care so I covered the holes with black duct tape :o)
But now is a different time, and I'm on Etsy looking for iron-on patches! I don't think I'll ever throw it away so who knows how many patches I'll end up with ☺️
This is one of my favourite songs. It occupies my brain for hours at a time, on a good day.

It’s sung by a puppet, performed by someone who, for all his unbounded talents for voice and performance, can’t really sing. But I think it’s the greatest song ever written for a film.

Well after much tinkering my #rc2014 lives 😀 . I had a little debuging to do related to my workmanship but its running now. And after some more tinkering I got #KERMIT loaded. Now I can connect to #SDF to use sdf's kermit to transfer files on/off my micro as well as cyberchatting.
Next step is going to be building the PicoTerm board so the rc2014 will be a stand alone computer.
I uploaded a generic Kermit .com file and a little write up on getting started
Although it's mostly known as a file transfer protocol, it can do so much more. This article describes Kermit's main features and provides examples of typical uses.
