Threads now has a Supplemental Privacy Policy (https://help.instagram.com/515230437301944) regarding "Third Party Services" like Mastodon. Should Threads interconnect with Mastodon via , this addresses what they will do with our data.

Note that they will collect information from anyone "allowing Threads users to follow you or interact with your content". The information they collect will include your profile, your content, and your interactions.

I suppose, although many things depend on the success of bluesky. I see more and more artists join it. I wish they chose Fedi instead but it is what it is.

I also don't think this is the line where the people who haven't migrated won't because I sometimes migration takes time. Migration to masto seems to have slowed down though, for sure.

Spanish Jackie, my beloved! 🥺 Also, the first glimpses of Ed 🤭 I love how Izzy's plan to antagonize Stede backfired xD

That scene where Stede tells Izzy to tell "his captain" to suck eggs and he's about to take a sip of the nose jar fluid and then remembers immediately what it was xD Rhys did an excellent job acting that one out!

I was a bit annoyed with Jim's behavior at first until we learn why they actually killed that husband and why it was important for them to retrieve the knife. I'm glad Lucius was the one to retrieve it, that was really nice!

I'm at episode 2 of my rewatch!

I love that they just sailed onto shore xD that's brilliantly dorky of them! And that the crew don't know what vacations are (some nice little bit on classism and Stede's privilege).

IZZY MAKES AN APPEARANCE! I love how his encounter with Stede is basically the thesis statement of their relationship throughout S1. Oh, Izzy, baby, you don't know how right you were when you told Stede this wasn't over!

I remember the first time I watched the show, I really hated the fact that Olu had a crush on Jim. I'm aro and I have very specific standards for romance that I tolerate and one of those criteria is - I require development. This is just my personal thing. I do think Olu and Jim are romantically compatible. I just don't feel any chemistry and their relationship was super rushed in general. This episode was basically a bad omen for me xD

It's wild how any vet or conservationist will tell you stress kills animals but when it comes to humans we're all Calvin's Dad about it and like "haha it's good for you it builds character"

@SirTapTap while stress is killing us slowly, part of what sets us apart from other animals is how adaptive our brains are. Our babies are less independent than most other mammalian babies but the rate at which their brains process new info and learn things is unfathomable to even other primates

Finallyyyy I'm rewatching OFMD! I watched ep1 today and man, this show really is funny xD they have such good comedic timing!

Also, we learn so much about Stede just from these little bits of info! They really use their screentime efficiently.

On the things I didn't like as much, compared to the other characters, Oluande's straight man thing really sticks out in a bad way for me :/

The show also feels a bit empty without Ed and Izzy.
