Expertise is a big word. I'm not an expert.
I put in archery, diving, skydiving, making music, naturism, computers, languages and jokes. To name a few.

Tuesday: 121 seconds of plank, 20 minutes of HIIT with Kim, 11 minutes of Yoga for runners, followed by 6.5 km of #running (3°C).

Bailed on the planned 10k because (sigh) my right need was bugging me again. Maybe time to change shoes that are @ 1,600+kms.🤔

Nice to be out in a tshirt again though.

Excited for the weekend, hope I have time to watch Dune 1 & 2 (and maybe the original 1984 film too). 🤞🏻

Damn, I put my sales/downloads reporter program together cleverly.
