These are pretty common prop books, they are cheap and available since both firms and governments have been getting rid of the books and going with just the online products. Maybe they get hallowed out but it would be kind of odd to reproduce them.

The thing I have never been able to figure out about people who insist DEI is a waste of time is why they think people who are not interested in learning how to treat other humans they work with respectfully and in accordance with their wishes think those same people will somehow treat a faceless corporation respectfully and in accordance with its wishes.
