If I had to choose a favorite European country, & that's hard to do, it would probably be Portugal. I just can't get enough of the beautiful Algarve Coast with its sandy beaches, dramatic cliffs and crystal clear, turquoise blue water.

While exploring a forest road in the Croatan National Forest I came upon an old piano that someone had dumped.. I was saddened at the sight. Angered that someone littered the woodland. Hurt to think this old instrument would never make music again.
It took several mornings for the ideal weather conditions to materialize, but on this particular morning at the Cape Elizabeth Lighthouse, everything fell into place.
