This week's flick is EARTH VS. THE FLYING SAUCERS, a Harryhausen classic that riffs on the era of UFO flaps. I'm torn between obscure UFO lore jokes and going Joe Nickell on this thing :P
My guess is that we don't know what we're looking for with #UFOs. (#UFO)
Everything I've seen in this space assumes a parallel line of technological development to our own. But even among humans, technological development is, at best, uneven, developing differently in different societies. So how do we even have the first idea what to look for with extraterrestrial life, let alone that which may have visited this planet.
The simple fact is that we don't. And it's hubris to think we do.

I've literally SEEN WITH MY OWN EYES the black triangles and lights, hovering and zipping across the sky above me. In a very public place with many other witnesses to corroborate.
And that still doesn't convince me it's #aliens . The only thing that experience has changed for me, is a little sympathy for those who can't imagine it's anything but. #UFO#skunkworks#conspiracy

Then glued them together and merged their shapes and added the wires to get the final Giger feel.
