A recent photo of my sketchbook, still training with ballpoint pen directly, a cruel training. But I am beginning to get a better ability to imagine perspective grids without tracing them, and I can even begin to plan full-page compositions. It takes a while to build these new skills, but they are worth it.

An hour of at the and my nose was bleeding. Nice. Do any of you have the same problem as me: when the heating is on and the air dries, my nose bleeds? I have a humidifier. I should start using it.

Die #Heatmap von #GeoActivityPlayground besteht in der aktuellen Version nicht mehr aus einzelen Punkten, sondern aus "Strecken"/"Linien?", keine Ahnung, aus Strichen halt.

Dadurch kann man auch bei großen Zoomstufen noch die gefahrenen Wege erkennen. Vorher waren es irgendwann nur noch vereinzelte Punkte ohne erkennbaren Zusammenhang.

Hab ich eigentlich schon mal geschrieben, wie schön ich das finde, dass @martin_ueding so etwas Cooles entwickelt, sodass man so viele schöne Dinge und auch interessante Daten aus aufgezeichneten GPS-Tracks herausfinden kann, ohne das alles einer hungrigen Datenkrake hinwerfen zu müssen?

Well our little came home with us tonight. Fairly easy introduction to our house, we just let her explore the living room this evening. She seems to like chasing my hand so I might see if I can incorporate that into her training when we get there. But I don't want to overwhelm her. So tomorrow will be all about teaching her her name.

The problem with so-called is that the people who tend to own them are the exact people who shouldn't own them. They are people who tend to view their as a threatening . They tend to not have experience with the proper and , while simultaneously believing they are . They tend to be younger males with a certain perspective on dogs, who raise their dogs in a manner likely to trigger .

I prefer to train outside. If the weather isn't suitable, I use a corridor in the basement for many exercises. But because it's quite cramped there, I feel more comfortable doing many exercises in the living room, for example with the TGU or reverse TGU. Yesterday I dropped the 18 kg kettlebell while changing hands. It also damaged the stone floor under the carpet. Crap! Could happen to anyone. The stupidest first.

Jetzt ist im Export von der gpx und GeoJSON Daten jede Kachel im Sichtbereich enthalten, die man noch nicht befahren hat, und nicht nur die Umrandung des bereits befahrenen Gebiets.

So kann man wirklich schön mit z. B. https://bikerouter.de planen, nachdem man die gpx-Datei dort hochgeladen hat.

Anyone who's ever had a dream where they are trying to run fast but can only slog as tho thru molasses, you now know how fast I run (not very).

So breaking the 12-minute-mile barrier in this morning's 4.1=mile was a wonderful and delightful surprise!

same weight (92,5kg) tried to improve my ... Did I succeeded?
What I changed was basically rotating my feed a little bit more outwards which allowed me to keep my chest more upwards and getting a overall more stable position.

Very small fix but I think it worked.

Heute habe ich mal austariert wieviel RPM ich den Longcycle (Clean & Jerk bzw. Umsetzen & Stoßen) ausführen kann (=> 8 rpm).

Tatsächlich hab ich schneller gedreht als ich dachte, dafür ist dann die Puste ein Problem (nicht ganz überraschend, hab ich doch bisher mehr Krafttraining gemacht als Ausdauertraining)

Zum Schluss noch Snatches (Reißen) und Push Press (Überkopf) um mal grob rauszufinden wieviele Reps in eine Minute passen (13)

Agree. I have come out the far side of indoor cycling gamification. Racing online through last winter reduced my fitness, reduced my ability to focus on long efforts, and isn't really feasible without two reliable power meters (thanks to my power cranks, I can ignore the totally useless power meter on my Tacx turbo)

Debating taking an extra rest day tomorrow instead of adding in a measly 2-3 miles, mostly because the garmin is yelling at me.
On the one hand, #garmin is not wrong; I am in #NewOrleans, so sleep hasn’t exactly been a priority.
On the other hand, I could make the week‘s mileage despite #travel shenanigans if I run!
