last week (right) vs this week (left)

same weight (92,5kg) tried to improve my ... Did I succeeded?
What I changed was basically rotating my feed a little bit more outwards which allowed me to keep my chest more upwards and getting a overall more stable position.

Very small fix but I think it worked.

@TheGymNerd you can deep squat only with a wide stance like me!
It works, so it's good you find this solution 👏🔥

The reason why you can only do it like that is related to #mobility. Currently I'm doing my best to improve my deep #squat mobility, but it takes a lot of time and effort. I'm seeing results but I'm not yet where I'd like to be.

@s1m0n4 @TheGymNerd You can do it with a narrow stance as well. But you have to drop the weight.

I did a lot of narrow stance Front Squats back in the days. But I couldn't perform a deep squat whith a heavy load.

@sergeant @s1m0n4 but do you think a narrower stand would have any positive effect for hypertrophy?

I would argue that stand width should be as wide or narrow as it's comfortable for the person doing it. (In that case me😄)

@TheGymNerd @s1m0n4 True that. But as a variant you could follow up with a narrow stance. Just to stimulate the muscles from another angle.
