I want to build a rough asset editor for sound in my game, something along the lines of sfxr for sounds and a basic sequencer for #gamemusic
I'm interested in figuring out what spec of limitations I should follow to capture the widest use case of that time. Was it all just the PIT?

If you like the King's Quest VI soundtrack, you might also like it on vinyl. My mate Erik spent the last two years making a reorchestration of the soundtrack with live instruments and he's crowdfunding a vinyl release now.

But we'd really like to get a sense of what kind of interest there might be in such a project.

Megaman Zero 2's intro track "Departure" will likely forever be my go-time hype track, because I really don't find anything much more inspiring than a tired warrior wandering through the wilderness - fighting for what he believes in until his body literally gives out.
