I like to create encrypted storage space to hold the contents of my home directory that is separate from the root filesystem. This makes it easier if I decide to re-install Linux on the target system while preserving user data.
LMDE offers an "expert-mode" install option that is considerably more flexible in handling a custom partition layout of disk storage. I use it to create encrypted partitions for root and home (no LVM):

Ich hatte Docker auf Debian über 'apt install docker.io' installiert, damit bekommt man aber eine alte, inoffizielle Version (v20.10.24).
Nun bin ich mutig der offiziellen Anleitung gefolgt, habe alle alten Pakete, die zu Docker gehören entfernt und stattdessen 'docker-ce' installiert (v26.1.0).

System-wide, user installed icon themes are stored in /usr/local/share/icons, themes are in /usr/local/share/themes. Where should I put cursors if I want them available system-wide?
Putting them in /usr/local/share/icons/ doesn't seem to work.
Futhark has been added to #Debian (unstable). I think this is the first program mainly written by me that is in Debian (although there are other programs with my contributions). I remember that Debian used to have the largest package repository, but it seems other distributions are much swifter (or have much lower standards) these days.

Siempre #debían después de probar muchas distros, ahora bien, es mucho más predictivo y similar a Windows Linux Mint para empezar. Pero no es tan estable, no es tan roca, pero es un buen comienzo.
