Osaka-based Avantgardey posted a video of them performing the kemusan, also known as "subject 3," a popular dance move that Hong Kongers say reflects China's "vulgar culture." The Japanese group was criticized for seeing "Hong Kong as China, which touches Hong Kong people’s raw nerve."

Performance-wise I felt tired. I usually increase my speed the last km but today I couldn't even do that.

Thu: juggling + circuit training (2h)
Fri: either #workout (1h) OR 12k #bike ride + #animalflow (2h)
Sat: rest day
Sun: 30-min run and K-pop #dance (1h30)
The workout format is 6 exercises X5 with assisted pull-ups, push-ups, 2 lower body exercises and 2 core exercises. Sometimes it's 3 upper body + 3 lower body exercises.
I have unironically called myself a cyberpunk in the past, it is the future that was fairly accurately predicted by William Gibson and Bruce Sterling that we are living in now.
Today I realized that I'm more of a Tensor Punk than a cyberpunk.
