That's false. The Dems did not have an opportunity to raise the #debtlimit during the lame-duck period. A debt limit bill can be filibustered just like any other bill.
Just as with the ACA, Republicans keep moving the goalposts. They don't want a deal, because they want a default and a tanked economy to help them in 2024. Enough of this extortion. It's time to have a Constitutional fight over the debt ceiling. #poltics#USpol

He asks her point blank which items in the GOP or McCarthy is asking for her since she interviewed him and she can’t answer. He then points out she is an informed person so should be able to specify and she cannot.
