I recently realised that a lot of podcasts I listen to provoke anger, sadness or annoyance. Can you recommend me podcasts that makes you feel calm, inspired, happy or thoughtful?
Starting the weekend! No specific plans, just some rest and activities that boost my energy and positivity.
A walk in nature could be an enticing option, weather permitting. I need to recharge after a decidedly busy week, and I'm determined to do it right!
“Did You Listen to This?” part IV: Just now, I released my song “Time Out” (from the album “Make Me Do”) in a freshly mixed version. It is to remind us how important it is to relax, do nothing, watch the wandering clouds, simply exist in the Here and Now.
Today is the kind of day when I am retreating to the comforts of my air-conditioned gym equipped with swimming pool, steam room & sauna to escape the merciless heat.
I mean, sure, I will willingly subject myself to the heat of a steam room but that is only for five minutes 😜
I turned my spare room turned store room into an exercise/yoga/dressing room that can be turned into a guest room. It was easier than I thought. For months I felt that it was such a waste to let a pretty room lie fallow, so am happy it finally has a use. It is a little bare now, but I plan to get some equipment like weights and maybe even a plant or two.
C’est presque le week-end et vous savez ce que cela signifie ? Du temps pour se détendre, se ressourcer et déconnecter du tumulte quotidien ! 😌

I’ve been taking big blocks of time on Sundays lately for self care. Between work, home, extended family, arthritis and anxiety I was definitely not doing well.
Today I wrote some letters, did some genealogy research, read a book, and puttered around the house. I feel SO fabulous, so rejuvenated.
This makes such a difference for starting the work week tomorrow, and my overall outlook.
