I’ve been taking big blocks of time on Sundays lately for self care. Between work, home, extended family, arthritis and anxiety I was definitely not doing well.
Today I wrote some letters, did some genealogy research, read a book, and puttered around the house. I feel SO fabulous, so rejuvenated.
This makes such a difference for starting the work week tomorrow, and my overall outlook.
