Recently started using Kbin and I find the preview images are squished when I'm looking at a magazine feed. To view full size I need to click the image to go into the post, then click again to see the full sized image....

Low volume feeds are absolutely okay (well, preferred tbh :) )

If news about stuff around the world is your interest my suggestion is to get an RSS Feed Aggregator like Feedly and connect all the various news sources you enjoy and then read the content like a magazine #news#rss#feed#newspaper#media
One of the thing I really hate about @Mastodon is that your feed has ton of stuff that's not in the language you understand.
Which kinda irks me for some reason, as there is no easy way to translate the content. I hope mastodon could help you filter your feed based on language or have an inbuilt translation service.
@keila Can you think of a solution in conjunction with #keila to send a #newsletter based on a #rss#feed? Like a #newsalert that is either triggered with every new feed item or even better always aggregating the last three items? 😜 I did something similar for a client back in my kubus media days based on #campaignmonitor.
Nice to see that my first ever published #TYPO3#extension EXT:feed_display is now used more and more. In the last months there was a significant increase in download numbers. Maybe this correlates with the increasing usage of TYPO3 #v12? #rss#atom#feed#SimplePie

#WaterfallWednesday dimanche dernier au-dessus de la chute d'eau d'un bief à l'autre du canal de Brest. Mon appareil photo était , en porte-à-faux, au-dessus de l'eau, au bout de la colonne, basculée à l'horizontale, de mon trépied.... J'ai vérifié deux fois que tout était bien serré et gardé une main sur le trépied au cas d'un basculement dans l'eau... Mais j'avais envie d'essayer ce point de vue à la verticale au-dessus de l'eau. j'ai bien aimé le résultat. #PoseLongue#LongExposure#Bretagne#feed

One reason why #FOSS#SocialMedia is so much more pleasant is its time-sorted #feed. You always reach a point where there's nothing more you haven't seen before - usually within 5 minutes of opening it. It leaves you with a sweet sense of satisfaction and closure, unlike doom scrolling elsewhere that you involuntarily frustrate yourself with.
