Taking lines from H. P. Lovecraft’s Fungi from Yuggoth sequence, I put them through The Interactive Haiku Generator. I then took the mangled results, and macheted them into a variety of haiku forms (See 65 Haiku Rules).

A shot I took this afternoon of Hera (the white-faced heron) crossing a small waterbridge where a lot of colorful autumn leaves have collected in the stream 🙂 Color and Monochrome versions.
The castle is famous because the English King Richard the Lionheart, who was returning from the Third Crusade, was held here in knightly custody from 1192 to 1193.
