I watched the trailers from the #PlayStationShowcase but forgot to post about them. 😅
I’m extremely excited for #SpiderMan2. I loved the first one and Miles Morales. The gameplay looks incredible, and I’m sure the story will be incredible too.
I’m looking forward to #AlanWake2 as well, it looks super interesting and well-made. I’m a huge fan of the Remedy games. Mostly can’t wait for Control 2, though. Control is one of my most favourite games of all time.
Genuinely pissed to learn (late, I know) that Alan Wake 2 is a digital release only. #EpicGames really looking to put the final nail in the coffin of brick and mortar game stores, I guess. Not to mention eat up the last shred of your console's piddling factory memory.
I was planning to buy it this weekend. I think I will wait--indefinitely.

So 2023 has been an incredible year for video games. It saw the full release of Baldur’s Gate 3, which was a literal masterpiece… but my favourite game of the year was #AlanWake2.
I ADORE Alan Wake 2 and Remedy Games. I am a huge fan of them and their games. I love them so much. 🥰
I remember enjoying Alan Wake a lot when I played it many years ago, but I adore #AlanWake2. I love “The New Weird” - a style that Sam Lake has used to describe Control and AW2.
I love the characters, the ties to their previous games, the mind-bending story, and above all, its absolute style and beauty.
Alan Wake 2 is uncompromising in its quest to express itself as a work of art, and I adore it for that. We don’t see this in games these days.

Also finally finished #AlanWake2 . Extraordinary game. Truly amazing. Not sure if I like it more than #Control, but Remedy keeps hitting them out of the park.
