GreenFire, 9 months ago @JoeyPajamas @IsaacOstlund Regrettably, us academics and scientists have to pay to publish in the old school journals. It's a big problem, but in my opinion pretty much everything around our Ivory Tower is pretty well messed up beyond repair sadly it seems. I don't think it's so bad in some other countries. All I really know is the U.S. and my German colleagues spoke highly of theirs. My main evidence is if it was working the way it should be we would not be in the midst of a climate crisis.
