Dutch's PVV (new main political force in the country, far-right xenophobic party) is now doubling down on transphobia.

They have brought up Ray Blanchard and his stupid autogynephilia theories to the parliament, suggested that lesbian trans women do not exist, in a debate supposed to redefine and reinforce laws against hate speech for basis of sexual orientation or gender identity. And that's just a tiny part of their ugly rhetoric.

We're damned if we do and we're damned if we don't. How come there's not a single country in which I feel safe anymore?

Cis friends, what are you doing? Are you just watching us die in silence? (That's not a rhetorical question, feel free to justify your blatant lack of action in my DMs)

I think my favorite program in the entire linux/unix toolchain is "file". Did you even know about this program? It's on every system including MacOS and it's magic. You run it on any file and it just tells you what it is. Any file. I don't know who keeps this updated but it supports surprising things. Like it knows Windows file formats. If it's a executable it tells you if it's 32- or 64- bit. If it's an image it tells you the size and channels. If the file extension lies it just figures it out.

I see people idealizing France because « two former presidents were convicted », and because here « no one is (supposed to be) above the law », but please stop doing that. 😔

In both cases the sentence was largely disappointing in relation to the seriousness of their crimes, and none of them actually went to prison.
More generally, corrupt politicians go unpunished here as well, and our « justice » system is also rotten to the core. 😬

The last time a political leader here received the treatment they truly deserved actually dates back to 1793, so it’s been a long time. 😐

@brome @cripamphibie Il faut persévérer, les pharmacies et les médecins ont la flemme de commander du stock parce que plus personne ne fait les rappels et comme un flacon contient plusieurs doses, ça fait des pertes. Quand au site, oui ils disent pareil sur le site de l'assurance maladie mais en pratique il n'y a pas d'interdiction. On est nombreux à ne pas correspondre à ces critères débiles à avoir fait tous les rappels, pas de souci 😉
