ok im not going to go into big details, but here are things they need to be corrected on

  • progesterone does, in fact, work, and does not have a blood clot risk
  • estrogen monotherapy works
  • your bones can change over time, a bit
  • finasteride and dutasteride are not T-blockers, they only block DHT, a byproduct of T and will not help you on their own
  • breast growth does not stop after three years
  • spending your life on just spiro, no E, is actually dangerous as hell, don't fucking do that if you like having bones

they should be ashamed of themselves. spread this if you care about the transfems in your life

If your justification for the genocide of the Palestinian people is that what Israel’s doing is legal, may I remind you the Holocaust was legal too. Hitler was acting entirely within the laws of Nazi Germany while committing the genocide of the Jewish (and Roma, and gay, and disabled, …) people.

Legal does not mean moral, just, or right.

If something is legal but unjust, it is your moral duty to break the law.

No social progress has ever come about without moral people breaking unjust laws.

I'd like to remind all Mastodon users that you can add a language filter to any follow relationship on Mastodon.

If you follow me and you don't speak German, you can easily remove my German posts from your timeline by adjusting the language settings.

Go to my profile page, select the dot menu and click "Change subscribed languages". Then select the languages that you speak.

This really is a hidden gem 💎 on Mastodon and not many people seem to know this feature :awesome:

the geese have learned to block traffic. on a 25-30mph residential street, most drivers will slow down and stop to let a goose cross the road - if not out of compassion, because hitting an animal that large will probably mess up your car. yesterday we observed 3 instances of geese stepping in front of traffic, and instead of crossing the street, standing still or sitting down in the road until the cars were forced to go around them. the geese have discovered their power and i can't wait to see what they do with it next

@Oroshimarru @JustChapman @dustcircle this this! I can’t explain this enough tbh. So many people don’t understand this esp if your poor, it deffo a way to enjoy the art that you wanna enjoy. It can also be used for ethical reasons too esp if you want to so to say, boycott an artist/streaming service. Piracy helps to spread that message to say “you need to do better, we won’t accept/allow this, until you take responsibility and change this”.

J’utilise un VPN sur ma machine principale… sauf pour les torrents, que je fais passer directement par la ligne Orange sans VPN pour profiter d’une meilleure bande passante.

La HADOPI existe encore, ils m’ont contacté deux fois (par e-mail) sur les 10 dernières années. Mais il n’y a pas eu de suite après que j’ai retiré uniquement le partage signalé dans leur avertissement.

Suite à ça, je ne fais toujours pas passer les torrents par le VPN.

PS : J’écris tout ça à la première personne pour faciliter la lecture, mais je partage en fait bien sûr l’expérience d’un ami. Il ne faut pas télécharger illégalement les productions de millionnaires, même quand il n’existe pas d’offre légale sans DRM. Ce serait Mal™.
