Puppy Ajax and me with more hair and a thinner frame. My face definitely looks more weathered now.
Ajax is going on 12 years old and seemingly very healthy and can still clear a chain link fence when deer walk by. He's in the banner picture on my profile.
Also, this our giant toasted marshmallow. People tell me it's a dog. But I know my baby girl is just an adorable toasted marshmallow who needs to be squeezed.
Meet Kaia, our new dog. She is a Belgian Malinois mix.
My oldest found her in a parking lot and has been unable to find her a home. Like a sucker, I have decided to adopt her. This makes dog number 4 in our family. 🤦🏻♂️

Yoga practice 1094 today. Enjoyed the last practice of the Yoga with Adriene Flow series. My favourite of the ten 30-day yoga series she's done is probably Breath, but they are all good. (and free to do on YT). Got to do a little bit of my practicum during the mic-off session . A little half-circle and gate pose flow. Almost done putting it together. Slowly but surely.
