When building extruders, make sure you properly tighten the grub screw to attach your gear to the motor shaft. If it's loose, it'll gradually work itself free, and then your extruder will jam.
Interesting. Reading between the lines, you printed extruder parts from ABS - my extruders have only been #metal and #POM, no other #plastics. I'm curious why the Gorilla stuff would be better suited to ABS than Loctite or others? Gorilla's red still seems to be methacrylate-based, like the others.
