Can eyesight deteriorate from lack of these and then if not restored, be improved by increasing your intake of them?
I say this because I’ve witnessed an improvement in my eyesight over the past week which has coincided with taking a multivitamin, but I have no idea which vitamin or nutrient is responsible!
I’d put the deterioration in my sight down to age last week because that was what the optometrist told me. I’m now not sure.
"A team of researchers have built a vision implant with tiny electrodes the size of a neuron, seeking to help blind people see again."
The Next Web reports: "Initial tests in mice showed that the implant can effectively stimulate visual perception using only a small amount of electricity."
