@kleb racks mounting lugs and max fender width and/or tire width would be good fork and frame-specific intel if you can get it. A larger tire may fit without fenders (cyclocross) or by cutting the fender around the fork. The rest are more like things you forget to buy/pack before the ride, or e.g. legally required to have a bell. Looking at your brakes section, a list of compatible replacement pads would be cool.
