In #FAST we still work in teams, but they are fluid and responsive to current emergent conditions. At one point in time 6 teams might be optimal. Two days later 4 teams are optimal. The system will emerge the structure needed to tackle the changing demands, including the number and makeup of teams. That happens with self-management of individual agents.
