Decided to start taking my #health back by force. This morning I did 50 push ups, 5 pull ups, 30 mins of #yoga, and a #30 min walk while reading whats next on the #StarWars timeline, Lost Tribe of the #Sith.
For context working out usually makes me feel miserable & ruins my digestion for the next day or 2. Doing okay so far. I think the yoga helps. Starting a #fast now.

I have a home server that I’m using and hosting files on it. I’m worried about it breaking and loosing access to the files. So what method do you use to backup everything?
I use proxmox server and proxmox backup server (in a VM 🫣) to do encrypted backups.
A raspberry pi has ssh access to PBS and it rsync all the files, and then uploads them to backblaze using rclone.
2.5admins.com recommended “pull” backups, so if someone hacks your server they don’t have access to your backups. If the pi is hacked it can mess with everything, but the idea is that is has a smaller attack surface (just ssh).
PS. If you rclone a lot of files to backblaze use rclone.org/docs/#fast-list , or else it will get expensive
@loudmouthjulia I'm just wondering. With the streamers - and now the tendency of #FAST - How much is the cost of bandwidth weighing on these providers such as #Disney, #Paramount, #Peacock, etc?
I know it must be a huge number and since FAST "streams each channel" 24/7, all those channels MUST be a drain - maybe even more so than the feeds and satellite costs to transmit terrestrial channels to traditional cable.
