On #Peacock I saw a preview for a show where Orlando Bloom does extreme sports to "find something" in himself. I guess it would be too on the nose to call it "Orlando Bloom Has a Midlife Crisis" #TV
Mom & I are going to local temple today. We have to help chaperone two Aunties who are still too frail to go on outings alone. We are taking them to Chinatown to get some supplies from Chinese herbs & medicine shop, after temple visit.
Well well, some new residents in the zoo. Actually they are two but the other one didn't really want to present more than his butt to the visitors so this one will have to do.
On a side note, they do have a really dedicated hair stylist, just look at that perfectly groomed mane!
Unfortunately, being the rock stars and picky kittens they are, the building with my personal fennecs is closed off, so I have to wait until Sir Lion is comfy with his new enclosure.
Apparently we have an albino peacock at the zoo. Sadly only sitting on the roof of some building and exchanging insults with another peacock about 200m away. They are extremely loud. :D Although now determined to get full photo of it one day.
And only picture I got from "my" fennec since the inside area is inaccessible currently. She went out for 10 seconds and then returned. Kianga has a video of that: https://meow.social/@kianga/112224632262397945
A few days ago we discovered a great public library in Glendale where there is also a xeriscape cactus garden and a small flock of peacocks there. Here is one peacock with an Eye to the Ladies (or is it Eyes to the Lady?) #Peacock#Birds#GlendaleArizona#Glendale
Stephen Amell has been cast in the lead role in the pilot for NBC's "Suits" spin-off, "Suits L.A." Amell will play Ted Black, a former federal prosecutor from New York, who has reinvented himself representing the most powerful clients in Los Angeles. #StephenAmell#Suits#SuitsLA#NBC#Peacock#Entertainment#Television#Streaming
If you can't wait for #Netflix’s new “Three-Body Problem” show, know that #Peacock will soon stream the 30-part Chinese adaptation “Three-Body”! (See Verge article below.)
I’ve watched the first three episodes, and it's a bit of a slow burner. They certainly don't rush things. And about 10 minutes of each ep seem to be opening and end credits, srsly.
