The cosmos & the zinnias really brought in the bumblebees this year which is what I was hoping for w/ the expansion of my garden & an increase in plants & flowers. I've run across quite a few sleeping in my flowers in the early morning๐ ๐๏ธ ๐ผ.
This one was just up to its regular 9-5.

The Intel 471 team provides their findings of the #BumbleBee loader as it makes its comeback after a two month break. Taking the place of the #BazarLoader (the source code was leaked when the #Conti leak occurred). The BumbleBee loader has been associated with distributing ransomware and is currently being used by multiple threat actors. My favorite part of this article though (and not surprising) is all the MITRE ATT&CK mappings that provide all the #ThreatHunters a place to start looking, so thank you for that team! This week saw days of 10-25C, nights 0 to 10C, some rainy days. The coming week is forecast for low 20sC, nights 2-7C- sounds like typical fall weather! Sunny days should be good for farmers with crops to harvest.

Top left- rebloom on Geranium himalayense with #bumblebee Right- native aster Canadanthus modestus in the #bush with bumblebee #WildflowerHour Centre, Achillea/Yarrow cultivars/hybrids mainly flower earlier, though there are always a few..there is another notable wave in late summer/early autumn, #gardening

I stalk #bees even when away from home. While Mom was having a bathroom break, I wandered into fields & saw tiny patch of red #clover blossoms. Then, saw a very determined #bumblebee who was so focused on their #pollination & feeding job that they were rather oblivious to my giant human presence. I got these wonderful photos ๐
What looks to be a common eastern bumblebee (Bombus impatiens suggests the ID app) sitting down at my orange zinnia's table to having its dinner.
