Just a basic security screw. It’s so kids (and people who don’t know enough about repairing appliances to know about security screws) don’t disassemble the dangerous machine.

Leds bulbs are definitely made to be break in a few 1000 hours. They push them to their max specs so they don’t last as long. But this way of course they sell more, no one wants to sell a bulb that lasts 10 years of continuous use.
7.2 million is literally pocket change for these people, they don’t even know it’s gone. Politicians are so cheap. I heard somewhere you can have a governor for like 50k. Maybe we should do a bribe lobby crowdfunding?
