We need to have a serious talk about how bad the available sets to buy at . It is horrible bad, at least for me who is older and do not want to buy Friends- or Starwars-themed sets.

I dream of at who have at least two dedicated Lego stores. Yes, Lego is from but oh we need better supply in Stockholm too!!

I want more of the Creator sets and sets.

Playtime with my Diamond-City-Project at our exhibition last weekend.
The visitors, children and adults, kept playing with it non-stop which resulted in 1 overheated motor but will be fixable :)

There are three types of people buying shares of #DJT:

  1. Suckers, i.e., #Trump supporters
  2. People hoping to gain leverage over Trump
  3. People laundering money to Trump
    There is no viable business model here and there never will be. No one buying this stock who isn't a Trump supporter thinks the company will ever be profitable.

@jik Yes, but how much more loans can he be allowed to take out with that company when the auditor said that 39 million USD was mostly for cost on loans already.

@jik Very true. He will use is shares as safety for the loans. And the banks are just a channel for the flow of russian/corrupt money to Trump.

    @GottaLaff Mostly because I think they have brokered a deal regarding the Hungarian Air Force fleet of Swedish built Jas39 fighters that they are leasing from Sweden but have neither maintained properly or paid for as originally stipulated (as goes the talk in some Swedish conversations)

    @nhoizey Sweet! When this happens I often thinks it would be pretty cool to try to find other owners of the same set to see if they also had the same piece missing.

    It could tell if it was a simple miss or an actual mistake at the production line where one piece was left out. Hopefully Lego keeps some record of lost pieces.

    Let your batteries warm up for a while before charging them. Charging a lithium ion battery when it's close to or below freezing will damage it, permanently reducing its capacity.

    @CathyTuttle After arriving home with my e-bike I always bring the battery into the house. Then I can charge it there if needed. Also solves that problem but it sure can be reminded.

    Let's get ready for Juno's highlight of the year - an extremely close flyby of Jupiter's moon Io!

    The NASA Juno spacecraft will make its 57th flyby of Jupiter (Perijove 57) on Sat Dec 30 around 7:39 a.m. ET (12:39 UTC).

    A few hours earlier, around 3:36 a.m. ET (08:36 UTC), it will swing by the Galilean moon Io at a distance of 1,500 km. The record will still be held by the Galileo spacecraft which came within 200 km in 2000.

    So I decided back in the days for a phone from Apple, which means I have stayed within that world out of being used to them and laziness.

    One of my BIGGEST problems is the size of the phones despite I have big hands. It is hard to reach the icons on the top of the screen holding it with one hand.

    Why the heck doesn’t #Apple offer in settings of #iOS to start the grid of icons on the screen to stack from the BOTTOM of the screen and up?

    @kierkegaank Would be two large icons per row but top row would still be too far away for a comfortbale reach (I write this on an #iPhone15ProMax that my employer picked for me - I did not want this size on the phone).

    All apps should have search bars and other input fields default to bottom of screen to improve “reachability”

    @kierkegaank Sounds like an amazing place. In the place where I was the cats sure indeed threw paws in the air when they saw me. But then they exposed their claws and said with a grim voice “we are going for your feet when you sleep” 🤣🤣

    (Based on a true story when a former girlfriend had a cat and it DID NOT like me when I entered their lives. So it went after my feet while sleeping in her bed. I am tall so my feet often was exposed as the duvet was moved around) 🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️

    @osma This needs to be stopped. All companies producing products that are (illegally) imported to russia should be put on the sanctions list if these delivery routes aren’t severed.

    @osma Yes, fully understand it is hard. The producers, such as Volvo, should highlight the companies involved in the steps and just ban the companies responsible for the supply. The producers can tighten their delivery chains.

    Public shame is among the best way to act.

    So my deck garden isn’t ready to give up the ghost quite yet. A couple more cucs and grape tomatoes.

    Also I counted the lemons that managed to hang on and there are at least FOURTEEN on there! Not only that but the tree is budding again. Gonna be even more (maybe?). Crazy nutso! 🥒🍅🍋 #garden #fruitsandveggies

    @gedeonm We did that a few years ago. Besides being awesome and tasty I do remember the actual plant being massive in size. So just be ready for the sheer size of it.
