@rysiek And now he's on Mastodon if he wants it or not anyways: @lanceulanoff
Gotta "love" the people that choose proprietary platforms over free ones smh. He has chosen his side a long time ago it seems...
Srsly, the milk before/after cereals debate is so unhinged. Just use (vegan) yoghurt and your troubles are gone and it's just better in every way imaginable.
@josh Unfortunately the reality is that even though they have an account nobody at TU Dresden that I know actually uses it (and they are even on the more techy side of things).
Most often usability and notification issues are cited (and unwillingness to install yet another app so I'm unsure how real the cited reasons are), so matrix is still in the same realm of irc and xmpp of only being used by free software enthusiasts even though all students actually hale an account...
hello I have I created some more tongue-in-cheek ha-ha no-actually-really-serious images to help you manage replies in lieu of affordances to help you manage replies please steal and use if you find useful or, so help me, funny

Serious question: How do you "police your followers"? As far as I'm aware of only the instance admins/mods can do any moderation action?
@brainwane@danhon
Ah, I see. Unfortunately I doubt that helps in most cases :S Also does blocking actually prevent them from interacting with your boosted posts?
@jon I had to stand for hours on trains tons of times in my life due high capacity and these would've definitely been an improvement vs. not being able to lean against anything... and I sit all day anyways be it for work or hobbies.
As long as people who actually need seats (elders, ill, children, etc.) get a guaranteed one I'm all for this being an option at least on regional trains that don't offer seat reservation anyways.
