@Edent they do that here in the uk too!! its very good, or has some scammer actually got into chase's systems and can mimic their notifications? scammers are so sly these days.

I ran into this same issue with Amazon over the summer, but thankfully it was a much cheaper item.

They delivered an opened, empty envelope to my house.

They had a photo of an opened envelope in the delivery notes.

Yet when I disputed it, they didn't have a radio option to report an "empty" envelope and I never got my money back after they sent me a new item. I paid double and never got any resolution to the matter.

There are no humans there.

@webology wow!! amex should have settled in your favour, as goods never arrived. go to the financial ombudsman about it. you have to complain to amex first, if they deny complaint take them to the ombudsman.

    The Israeli army has issued an order for the immediate relocation of 1.1M Palestinians from northern Gaza to the south in 24 hours. The UN has categorically condemned this order.

    Forcing 1.1M people, including 550K kids, to evacuate in 24 hours or be bombed to death is even more cruel considering THERE’S NOWHERE TO EVACUATE TO.

    We need a ceasefire.

    The response to war crimes against civilians cannot be more war crimes against more civilians. I’m horrified that this is a controversial take.
