@jake4480 @catnip The Autism Act in the UK states that employers legally have to make reasonable adjustments. When I was first diagnosed (at 40!) I was basically met with the whole "well, we're all somewhere on the spectrum!" bullshit, and my favourite one was "we all feel a bit anxious sometimes".

Things are a lot better now though.
