Sometimes I can't help but wonder whether some large fraction of product designers actively hate people with low vision. For example, I just had to take a photo and use zoom and image enhancement to determine that this Keurig pod is decaffeinated.

If I were Empress of Earth, I would allow only vision-impaired people to work as product or UX designers.

Wow, the amount of AI #pixelArt on insta is insane. Almost makes me wanna quit after 20+ years of honing my craft. What's the fuckin use of me putting all this work in for some idiot to push a button and get more followers in a few days than I've had ever.

I feel fuckin useless. I feel like giving up on art and going back to being a drone. What's the point in trying anymore when thieves are rewarded. I wasted my life.

I make #pixelArt fonts, game assets, art, and even stickers. I've been pushin pixels since the late 90s, but lockdowns in 2020 inspired me to take it beyond fun doodles.

also, side note: does anyone else remember the comic Bob and George? Or have I crested the old hill already? :P

A couple recent screen tests from my project I've been working on. I feel like it'll never get finished if I were to continue doing art & code (especially with my work schedule, my sticker shop, and a secret comic project I'm working on). So unless I can find a programmer will to work for almost nothing to start off, I'll finish out all the art assets and release them as a pack on itch.io

omg how have I not posted about my #conLang here yet?

This is Scronix /skroniç/ (lit. "People-ish) the language of the Sea Peoples (Scronovöbromdi - lit. "People-of-Sea-the"). It's heavily inspired by Scandinavian languages and Hungarian. With a dose of German and English for sound vocabulary. The grammar is still a work in progress, but there's enough there to say basically anything. Word count is only 197 so that's the bottleneck atm. The Abjad is influenced by Arabic and Thai.
