interesting to hear somewhere that GitHub is working to integrate ActivityPub in some form or fashion... Sounds very cool. Both excel at being distributed, etc etc.

I have windows 10 on dual boot and I load it about once a year to play a game, but generally that means to download updates and then I am out of time or patience..

honestly I don't even really know how to do anything much in Windows anymore..

another thing is learning Linux will serve you well for the future - everything runs on Linux and Linux runs on everything.. and most of the command-line stuff carries over into OS/X as well if you end up with a mac at some point.
