@samhenrigold I quickly noped out to codepen when I tried to use auto layout. Penpot's new grid feature clicked instantly with me though, I need to dive into that more.

@suearcher @ElleGray The name Bovril itself is kinda wild too. It's a reference to a magic substance in a late 1800s sci-fi novel, so Bovril is essentially "The Force" a-la Star Wars, but beefy.

I just had some of the most outrageous telephone support for an upcoming flight. If I were on X, I would have Karen'd all over the place, hoping to get some type of retribution for this.

That just isn't possible here. So I guess I'll keep it to myself. Sounds like a win/win actually.

Don't you love it when random memories pop into your head.

I suddenly remembered being in Dunelm Mill, buying cutlery for my new house years and years ago.

They refused to serve us, as my partner at the time (who was pushing our kiddo in a pram) didn't have ID....for a fork, spoon and butter knife set. While also buying other household stuffs.

I know there's rules about knives, but it still makes me laugh to this day. What were we as a family going to do, butter everyone?

Kinda wish every UK plug was Apple's satisfying collapsing plug

The “prong” side of a UK Apple plug, showing the 3 prongs collapsed down into recesses in the plug body. I flicked the tall prong which causes them all to spring up

It's kinda weird that MDN doesn't return the custom elements reference on the first results page when searching "connectedCallback" https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/search?q=connectedCallback

Surely an exact match should increase the weighting of a result rather than showing results that contain "connected" and "callback" first.
