The #NYTimes has become notorious for its role in laundering right-wing #transphobia for its largely liberal audience. A recent article about local school politics serves as yet another example of how the paper’s anti-trans agenda most likely flies under the radar of most readers—making its propaganda that much more effective.
So, apparently, Labour now believe 16+ yr olds are capable of voting as well as working, fighting (and dying), having sex, but not in making decisions about their gender identity.
“All the news that fits our worldview, we print.” Shameful. The fact that the NYT thinks they're "objective and neutral" would be comical if the consequences for the trans community weren't so dire.
Very quickly sketched out #webcomic page idea summarizing the blatantly nonsensical "female nipples are sexual because we treat female nipples as sexual" counter-argument I hear/read so often from #misogynist who want to maintain the #genderbased#censorship status quo established by the #patriarchy.

As someone who has lost #trans :heart_trans: loved ones because of #transphobia, I'm fed up with this very small percentage within an already small group of detransitioners who actively campaign to derail the transitions of others.

Oh lord, apparently Hillary Cass has bought into the conspiracy theory that "sissy hypno porn is turning the kids trans!" It's absolutely infuriating and naked bigotry that anyone pretends she is a neutral, honest, or scientific researcher. I am going to bet within the year that she will blame either George Soros or Bill Gates for the transes, or come out as an anti-vaxxer.
