Der Tag fing mit Mathe an. Habe nochmals meine Macrowerte angepasst. Die nächsten Essen werde ich mal versuchen auf eine Ratio von 3:1 zu essen, was dann im therapeutischen Bereich liegt. Das wird so auch in der Medizin zur Behandlung von Epilepsie, Depressionen, Alzheimer und Diabetes angewendet. Bin gespannt ob ich damit zurecht komme. Die Menge Fett auf die Lebensmittel ist schon erheblich.
Und nun werde ich wohl nochmal ins Schlummerland gegen :)

Today I roasted a big chicken...I usually roast some hunk o' meat that I then eat on for a few days every week. This time I have different plans though! I will be eating much of it but plan to use the breasts (not a lover of white meat) to make chicken flour. Seems easy enough on videos...anybody here ever make it? I also want to make my own butter mayo. I am absolutely CRAVING animal-based foods lately! The term "carnivore" usual means meat-based in common usage it seems, but I'm eating dairy as well...anyway, I was headed in that direction, just seems it is happening faster than I'd planned! Still working out the details but for the last few days I'm eating what I crave - and it's all animal-based. Wow.

Fasting day almost done. Everything is safe. Tomorrow at around 5 p.m. there will be yummy food again.
I also adjusted my macros. Carbs from 17 to 10 & fat up to 150. Let's see if we can increase ketone production a little again. Because of the one portion of fries on Sept. 27th. I slipped from therapeutic #ketosis into nutritional ketosis. I didn't expect such lengthy consequences.
Meal plans are also ready for the coming week, so it's a good day.

I made cheesie pancakes as a breakfast accompaniment, using lupin and coconut flours. They were really nice. I need to get Greek yoghurt to perfect the recipe, and I'll also take photos. Follow-up post will have the complete recipe.

I made a keto pizza, using lupin and coconut flour for the base. It worked really well. Although, the base was more like shortcrust than a traditional wheat flour pizza.
I didn't bother trying to make the base circular, as the pizza wasn't for consumption by the public. 😃
