The second day of the hearings in South Africa's case against 'israel' in the International Court of Justice on the allegation of genocidal intent is starting now.
Some have anticipated that today 'israel', instead of responding to South Africa's legal arguments, will show quite a bit of gore from the attacks of 7 October 2023. As though that would somehow justify its genocidal actions ... ?
However, as South Africa's legal team pointed out yesterday: the crime of genocide is absolute.
There is NO possible defence, justification, or mitigating circumstances on which the crime of genocide is allowed. NONE. EVER.
