So, I'm looking for some good headphones, mainly for use on a computer. I'd love 5.1 or 7.1 surround sound, yes I know it's fake, no, I don't care. If there needs to be any setup, the app should be accessible to screen readers. I like overear headphones, bonus points if the earcup isn't bolted onto the headpiece so that if I were to sit on it, it won't break apart and unabled to be fixed. I can pay a good $150 for them, maybe a bit more if it can make me sandwiches and cool stuff like that, or has some kind of 3D audio stuff that actually works in games, movies and such and isn't just for one game engine or something.

Natürlich, HiFi-Konzertsaal Erlebnisse darf man nicht erwarten, aber man kann gut Musik und Podcasts hören und gleichzeitig noch die Umgebung wahrnehmen! 😃👍
Last night my 18-year old came up to me pretty shaken, and with a slightly fried finger: The USB (C?) cable attached to his Hyper-X gaming headset had exploded at the connector next to his ear whilst playing!
He was charging it via PC at the time. Honestly, I thought the voltage from USB ports were so low that this would be next to impossible.
Anyway, be careful out there and disconnect all your charging devices before going to bed!

I owned the Focals by North glasses, and I can't tell you how transformative that experience was. It was NOT any kind of real AR. It was a simple heads up display, with a UI like a smartwatch, but at eye level. It was amazing.
I truly believe we're skipping an INCREDIBLY important step trying to race to magic sci-fi AR. So many interactions with our technology would be wonderfully streamlined with a simple graphic or text at eye level.
